Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING TIME:

US orders are shipped via ground shipping which will take between 3 – 15 days. US orders shipped via express shipping will take between 1 – 3 business days.

Any orders outside of the US may take 4 – 6 weeks.

SHIPPING CHARGES: 

All shipping within the US is Free Shipping. Shipping outside of the US is a flat fee of $15.

Other Shipping Information

  • All orders are shipped within 2 business days after your order is placed.
  • You will be e-mailed an order confirmation and also when your items are shipped
  • Please note that shipping time is based on estimates from customer service representatives.
  • We are not responsible for any taxes or duties on international orders.
  • Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once they are confirmed to be delivered by our courier to the shipping address the purchaser provides us with.

WARRANTY:

Hikaro Watches come with a 1 year manufactures warranty. The warranty covers the movement of our watches.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Battery, glass, bands, straps, and other embellishments
  • Loss of Theft
  • Accidental damage or normal wear and tear from regular use.
  • Damages occurred from exposure to water and/or fire
  • Damages caused by battery replacement or service repair

One of the main components of Hikaro Watches is all natural wood. Therefore, each watch requires sensitive care and attention. Warranty on the casing is on a case by case basis. Merchandise showing evidence of extreme and/or improper use will not covered under warranty.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

We are committed to making your shopping experience a success. If you are not 100% satisfied with you purchase, unworn and undamaged products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days after your order has been made for a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling fees).

If you would like to exchange or return, you must email the refund/exchange request and reason for the return to contact@hikarowatch.com(with “RETURN” in the subject field). If for any reason you are not happy with the product we will accept your return if the below stipulations have been met.

  • All returned merchandise must be in new condition and must have the original packaging.
  • Must include proof of purchase for reimbursement of the full purchase price. In all cases, refunds will be made in the form of the original payment (minus shipping and handling fees).

Any watch that fails quality inspection (scratches, worn, damaged, wear and tear, does not include original packaging,attempted to reassemble the watch) will be returned to you and no refund/exchange will be granted.
